I had a great tour experience with Alexis! She was amazing—super friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions without making the process feel rushed. She took the time to walk me through the community, explain the amenities, and really helped me get a feel for the property. I definitely recommend Broadleaf if you’re looking for luxury living near Anschutz!

I had a great tour of this apartment complex with Alexis, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the entire process. The community is well maintained and located in a very convenient area, especially being close to where I work. The apartments are spacious and modern, and the amenities are amazing. The rooftop pool was definitely a highlight and really sets this place apart. If my lease was up or I didn’t already have a place to live, I would absolutely choose to live here.

Moved in after two days of viewing the place! Sole was great at making me feel welcomed and the process was easy peasy! A lot of great amenities! Tidy and clean!

My family and I moved in a few months ago and we completely regret it. Myself and so many other residents are about to brake our lease. The list of problems with this place is ridiculous! There is 4 elevators in this building and you’ll be lucky if they work and if they do work you have a 50/50 chance of getting stuck in them. The hallways smell like trash and covered in dog feces. When the power goes out you better have your own flashlights because there is NO EMERGENCY LIGHTING! I’m convinced that 90% of the reviews are fake because living here and talking to many residents I have yet to find someone who is happy here. I do have to give the staff a shoutout because they do everything they can to help us but they can only do so much! I had to give a 5 star because they won’t post my review if you give anything less than a 5. If you want to see the pictures click on my profile. It won’t post on the review for some reason.
