I moved in July 2025 and Ashley and Natalie were honestly some of the best people I’ve ever dealt with at an apartment complex. They were always kind, responsive, and very helpful whenever I needed anything. I had to move because of a military relocation, and they made the whole process much easier during what could have been a stressful time. It’s rare to come across people who actually care and take their job seriously the way they do. I really enjoyed living there, especially the layout of the apartment and the large balcony my dog spent so much time out there and loved it.

I had a great experience touring the apartments with Ashley ( The Community Manager) today , I was so impressed with Ashley's professionalism and positive attitude. She really went above and beyond to make sure my tour was a positive experience and took the time to show me all the different floor plans. I really appreciated how she followed up with me after the tour to answer any remaining questions I had. She is a true asset to the ( Rye Central Park community ). Update: I moved in a couple days ago, and I have to share more about this place, with some photos. And reiterate my immense satisfaction with this apartment complex. If I could give the management team more than five stars, I absolutely would! Their ability to address issues and understand individual situations goes far beyond standard customer service; it's truly a job done perfectly. Signing my lease with Natalie was incredibly smooth, and Jordan consistently offers thoughtful, kind words. Ashley, the manager, is simply outstanding—she consistently goes above and beyond. The apartment itself is great. As expected with any brand-new building, there were a few minor finishing issues, but these were quickly resolved. The view is absolutely amazing and makes every dollar spent here completely worthwhile. All photos were taken around 7 AM and sunset.

I have been pleasantly surprised at how much I am enjoying my new apartment. The area is really nice. The management and leasing team are lovely. The apartments have large bathrooms, closets and bedrooms. They put the extra space in the rooms you spend the most time. My bedroom fits a king size bed and a chair. There is plenty of storage space in the kitchen. I have more cabinet and closet space than I need which is unusual for am apartment. You are within 1 to 2 miles of anything you could need. Very happy so far!!!

I’ve had a really disappointing experience living at Rye in Central Park. My bike was stolen from the property, which immediately raised serious concerns about security. I’ve also had packages go missing, making it hard to feel confident that residents’ belongings are being kept safe. Several advertised amenities haven’t worked properly either — the EV chargers are frequently out of service, and the garage door is extremely difficult to open, which becomes frustrating on a daily basis. There have also been occasional rodent issues. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes meaningful improvements, because residents deserve a safe and well-maintained place to live.

The team at Rye, Davian, Ashley and Natalie have been outstanding. I recently moved from an apartment complex due to poor communication and lack of maintenance response to huge issues. This team has been patient, communicative, responsive and very kind. I love the detail that was put into the common areas and amenities.
