As a new resident, I couldn’t be happier with my decision to move here! The move-in process was smooth and stress-free. The management team has been incredibly welcoming and helpful from day one especially Angella. The apartment was spotless and exactly as promised in the community already feels friendly and Well cared for. I’m really looking forward to living here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to call Home!
The level of customer service here is outstanding. From the first interaction, the team made me feel welcome and valued. They are patient, thorough, and always willing to go the extra mile. You can tell this isn’t just a job to them they are invested in creating a positive community environment. It makes a huge difference when management and staff are approachable and proactive.
I’ve had a great experience living here! The office team is all so friendly and helpful. They’re always responsive and genuinely kind, which makes a big difference. I haven’t had many maintenance requests, but when I do, they’re handled quickly and correctly. Really appreciate the great customer service from the whole team!
I had to revisit my review from last week, this is a good place to live. I believe since it is a new building there are going to be some fixes needed to the fire alarm system however I will give them credit for keeping the South building clean, including the gym! The front desk has great service.
After a few months of living at legacy at fitz, I know I made the right call and it just keeps getting better too! The gym, pool area, and BBQ in the rooftop are amazing to hang out with friends and family. The community and staff have been welcoming and energetic too. Even the 24-hour security and valet team are friendly! I specially love that it's in the historic section of east colfax .I made an appointment with the leasing office they were very professional and I was amazed how they helped get my apartment in a matter of 2 days and on a weekend! They did such a great job showing off the various units, and amenities. So far so good! :) update they've almost complete construction! Happy day!
